What Families Are Saying:

One of the best GTA schools with individual approach and professional staff! Highly recommended!

Oleksandr Balabanov

Not even once I needed to force my son to get up in the morning to go to school. He was always happy to go there because he knew that a new day full of learning interesting things, doing different activities, interacting with his friends and favorite teachers is ahead!

Evgenia Beletskaya

The program was very convenient and flexible, allowing him to attend in person or online, which made a huge difference.

Academic and Learning Skills Tracking Lens

Why checking math equations is never enough. We monitor behavioral learning patterns across all school matrices to repair performance blockages.

Beyond Mathematics: Universal Behavior Tracking

True academic success requires looking past the subject material. STEMFORD performs a comprehensive summary audit of historical report card teacher comments, tracking every metric indicated by public boards. We measure cross-functional processing speed, emotional anxiety blockages, and execution habits to output a complete Learning Skills Report Matrix (TSV). Paired with the Holland Test, this reveals exactly what to study, how to fix operational friction, and how to protect long-term cognitive wellness.

Holland Vocational Metrics

Maps core vocational vectors (RIASEC) to align student personalities with high-paying technology sectors.

Report Card Comment Audit

Extracts hidden trends from teacher observations to chart actual execution consistencies.

Learning Skills TSV Profile

Measures task prioritization, self-regulation, and systemic organization independent of subject data.

Cognitive Anxiety Diagnostics

Identifies micro-triggers of math and test anxiety to build stress-resilient execution parameters.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How to inform my school I'm taking math credit courses from Rutherford Private School?

We have a specialized enrollment and intent form that you simply fill out and sign. Once received, our administrative office will route it directly to your primary day school to confirm and establish your external course credit tracking files.

Does the university accept your high school math credits?

Yes, fully. We are an inspected private school thoroughly evaluated and authorized by the Ontario Ministry of Education. We award the exact same legal OSSD course credits as any public school board in Ontario. More than a thousand students have taken secondary credit courses with us and submitted their grades to competitive universities without a single issue.

Do I have to be in your math class in person?

No. We stream all of our active classes live via Zoom concurrently. Our modern physical classrooms are custom-equipped with high-definition tracking cameras, integrated digital smart boards, and studio-grade professional sound systems. We are fully engineered to deliver live virtual classes with uncompromised clarity and high interactive quality.

What do I need in my homeroom to be ready for your live online classes?

To guarantee an effective interactive learning space, you will need a dual-screen configuration (a second monitor setup connected to your laptop), a clean and powerful lighting system, a completely quiet workspace, and a dedicated digital drawing tablet or stylus pad for real-time mathematical problem-solving.

Do you provide extra academic help for struggling students?

Yes. Our core learning cohorts are restricted to a maximum of 7 students. You can easily coordinate and schedule extra help sessions with your assigned mentor in case you happen to miss a specific class timeline or require support with a complex algorithmic concept.

Do you have substitute classes if I miss a session?

We do not provide standard physical substitute classes; however, all core lesson documents, homework frameworks, and full video recordings of every single live class session are immediately updated and archived inside our organized Google Classroom ecosystem for 24/7 review.

How does Rutherford Private School transfer grades directly to the OUAC portal?

Our registry office connects directly to the Ontario University Application Centre data pipeline. At mid-term and final intervals, we securely upload and upgrade your grade profiles on the OUAC database while routing a hardcopy report card straight to your primary public or private day school.

Can I register for an asynchronous online math course at any time of the year?

Yes. Our asynchronous online school model ($600 per credit) features continuous intake. Students can register on any day of the calendar year and move through our pattern-recognition curriculum modules completely at their own speed with up to 10 months to finish.

Are your private tutoring plans conducted in person or remotely?

We offer flexible configurations for both. Private 1-on-1 tutoring ($60/hr) and small group tutoring ($39/hr) can be scheduled physically at our North York campus right at Yonge & Sheppard, at our Maple satellite hub, or completely online via our smart-board Zoom architecture.

What math credit prerequisites are mandatory for Grade 12 Calculus (MCV4U)?

According to the official Ontario Ministry curriculum criteria, a student must successfully finish Grade 12 Advanced Functions (MHF4U) as a strict prerequisite track before finalizing enrollment inside Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U). These can sometimes be taken concurrently with administrator validation.

How does your pattern recognition method differentiate your math classes?

Instead of relying on pure rote memorization, our instruction highlights structural logic and structural inheritance. By breaking equations down into sequential puzzle behaviors, we teach students how to identify repeating arithmetic matrices, accelerating deep analytical and IQ mental problem-solving skills.
